Personally I like to place my business address at the bottom of the page or the footer. To do this go to the floating bar and click on the button, 'Switch Between Header and Footer.' This will open a dotted box at the bottom of the document. You can type your office address here or anything you see fit for your letterhead. Again you can format the text by choosing the font, font size, color, align the text, etc.
For Desktop Publishing _ Microsoft Word is equipped with an excellent range of layout and format functions that allows the user to lay text around objects and images. Colors, borders and columns are also easily added. Even custom graphics from external files can be included in the document. There are drawing tools and functions also available with Word. In other words, you can easily customize your document in your preferred layout using its great variety of features.
